Company Profile Examples and Templates
A good company profile tells a client, investor or partner who you are, what you do and why they should trust you, in about a dozen pages. Below are 28 company profile examples grouped by style and by industry. Each one is an editable template, so you can use it as a sample to study or replace the content with your own. We also cover what a company profile should include and how to structure it.

Every template on this page:
- A4 size, 12 pages including front and back cover
- Adobe InDesign files (INDD and IDML) plus a PDF
- CMYK colors, ready to print
- Preview photos are not included in the download.
What is a company profile?
A company profile is a short document that introduces a business: its history, mission, products or services, team, achievements and contact details. Companies use it in sales pitches, tenders, investor meetings and partnership talks, either printed as a brochure or shared as a PDF.
Think of it as a longer business card. A brochure sells one product, a company profile sells the company itself. It should be easy to skim, consistent with your brand, and backed by facts such as client names, numbers and certifications.
What to include in a company profile
Most strong company profiles follow the same format. Here is how the sections usually map onto a 12-page template like the ones below:
- Cover: logo, company name and a one-line tagline.
- About us: who you are, when you started and where you operate. See our company overview examples for a sample you can adapt.
- Vision and mission: one or two sentences each, no jargon.
- Products or services: what you offer, written around the client’s problem.
- Key numbers: years in business, projects delivered, clients, team size.
- Portfolio or case studies: two or three real projects with results.
- Clients and partners: logos and short testimonials.
- Team: founders and key people with photos and roles.
- Certifications and awards: licences, ISO standards, memberships.
- Contact and back cover: address, phone, email, website and social links.

Company profile for a new company
A new business has little history to show, so the profile has to earn trust in other ways:
- Lead with the problem you solve, not your founding date.
- Show the team. Founders’ experience is your track record for now.
- Use early proof: pilot clients, first results, partnerships, licences.
- Keep it short. 8 to 12 pages is plenty. Leave out empty sections rather than padding them.
The Startup Business and Modern templates above are good starting points.
Company profile on your website
Your website’s About Us page is your online company profile. Use the same structure as the printed version: a short introduction, what you do, key numbers, clients, team and contact details. Then offer the full PDF profile as a download for people who need to share it internally or attach it to a tender.

Frequently asked questions
What does a company profile look like?
Usually an A4 brochure of 8 to 16 pages: a cover with your logo, then pages for about us, vision and mission, services, key numbers, projects, clients, team and contact details. The 28 examples above show the same structure in different styles.
How do I create a company profile?
Write the content first: about us, services, proof (numbers, clients, case studies), team and contact details. Then put it into a template so the design is consistent. See what to include above, or our company profile format guide for writing tips per section.
How many pages should a company profile have?
Usually 8 to 16 pages. Twelve pages, like the templates on this page, is enough to cover the essentials without losing the reader.
Can I edit these templates in Word or Canva?
No. They are Adobe InDesign files (INDD and IDML) with a PDF. You need InDesign to change text, colors and images. Preview photos are not included; use your own or licensed stock photos.
